外國人對在公共場所補妝的看法 - 文化差異

這裡的外國泛指任何國家，
日本 泰國 新加坡 德國 法國 墨西哥 義大利 捷克…
臺灣人對於女生在公共場所補妝，接受度是非常高的，
有部分的人覺得沒禮貌，
但有更多的人覺得這又沒怎樣，她化她的，不怕醜就讓她化。
只聽過有些西方國家覺得這是很丟臉的行為，
程度直逼「站壁的才會公開補妝」，
但不知道是否真有那麼嚴重？
補妝指的是例如在餐廳、在路邊對著櫥窗稍微擦個口紅或補粉，
不是像臺灣捷運或公車上，
有些女生可以從剛睡醒的模樣一直到連假睫毛都貼好的神奇變妝術。
我自己是覺得無所謂，
雖然我最多只敢頭低低的補口紅，
但看其他女生大剌剌的化妝則覺得很平常，假如沒礙到別人就沒差囉。
不知道其他國家的人怎麼看待這行為？
