我以說服大家騎自行車代步為主題寫了約兩分鐘的講稿, 並翻譯成中文, 請參考

Let’s cycle!
Cycling is the hottest fashion these years. If you haven’t got a bike yet, you are out!
Since the global warming is getting more and more serious, energy conservation and carbon reduction became the most important issues nowadays. Besides taking public transportation, cycling is another good way to give the earth a hand. Bicycle is the only transport which doesn’t pollute the air at all. If everyone started to cycle instead of driving cars and motorbikes, could you imagine how much energy we would save and how fresh the air would be?
By the way, cycling can be an efficient sport. That is, you can naturally gain the necessary exercise every day on the way you go to school or work. Moreover, cycling is an exercise which trains almost every part of your body. It can also make whatever men and women’s curves perfect.
Does it sound great? Get your bike and let’s cycle.

Nowadays people very educated about make our plane green and
save our environment. For example, people bring their own shopping bags instead of wasting more plastic bags during shopping.
Everyone knows that our automotive way of life has had a massive
impact on the environment. Better public transportation, getting more people on bicycles and car-sharing all have their place in making the world a greener place.
Today I am going to let people know there is also the way to make
our plane better even when you decide to buy a car. That is call
hybrid cars.
By definition, A hybrid vehicle is a vehicle that uses two or more
distinct power sources to propel the vehicle.
Most people associate the term "hybrid" with better gas mileage and
lower emissions. Also it is true that most hybrids are better for the
environment than other traditional vehicles.
If you must purchase a car today, I totally recommend that to buy a hybrid
car to save and make our environment better.
