暑假到了每天都睡到中午所以都沒有吃到早餐QwQ...聽說減肥中不吃早餐會胖~~我現在的減肥方式是早餐(如果有起床)午餐正常吃然後晚餐吃的比平常少零食不碰只喝水跟御茶園的無糖綠茶一天差不多只喝到1800cc的水Q__Q然後每天跑1600公尺"有時候"會跑更多看體力晚上睡前會空中腳踏車+各種瘦腿的運動最後用乳液按摩這樣有辦法瘦嗎Q_Q我覺得我的體重有下降但是腿還是一樣肉很多Orz感覺沒什麼差然後然後聽人家說要運動半小時只跑1600不到半小時這樣
