進美國帶超過一萬美金的旅支 - 移民

不知道是不是該在這裡問 （我是有綠卡了啦）

下個月回台灣 要帶超過一萬美金的旅行支票回美國
考慮要藏起來不報 因為報了 IRS就會知道 風險就是：
可能會被當作是今年所得 然後之後報稅的時候還要一起申報

查了美國海關的官方網站 http://www.cbp.gov 查到一段耐人尋味的話：

Monetary instruments that are made payable to a named person but are not
endorsed or which bear restrictive endorsements are not subject to reporting
requirements, nor are credit cards with credit lines of over $10,000.

所以旅行支票上面就算是 payable to 我本人
只要我不簽名 即使超過一萬元也不用報告囉？
