I haven't heard any term referring to that.
However, that type of jobs are always there and usually described as
flexible hours of works, work overtime to meet preset goals...

By the way, this sort of jobs are mostly for contractors or about projects.
For example, you sign a contract and you work for somebody for few years.
You have to meet some preset goals and provide annual or whatever reports.
For how long you would like to spend on your job every day, is up to you.

In Taiwan...
There may be no preset goal, or the 'preset goal' is the carrot hanging
ahead of the cart...
