法國人對網路的依賴程度? - 文化差異

我前陣子在台灣認識幾個法國朋友
他們人都很好 很熱情
其中一個跟我特別好 我們幾乎無話不談
但是....他們回國後
網路上遇到的時間比在台灣時少了很多
不知道是不是因為時差的關係所以才會這樣?
或是他們對網路的依賴程度沒像台灣這麼高?
跟我最好的那個 FB上常常一個月甚至更久更新一次，連Skype也不常用
我寄e-mail給他快兩個月了也沒見到回信
甚至Skype留言也沒回
是不是工作真的這麼忙啊= =a
所以想請問，是不是法國人對網路的依賴程度比較低?
比較重視現實生活?
網路、電腦平常很少碰?
或者他們只是少數中的少數?
