每天上班工作八小時以上大多時間都坐在電腦前面因為業務繁重休息時間也只想趴著休息所以很少走動機會結果幾個月下來腰跟膝蓋都超酸的跟幾個同事討論有人推薦可以吃維骨力因為說維骨力有葡萄糖胺可以修復軟骨因為我分不清楚鈣片跟維骨力差別在哪平常是有吃善存啦但是就想說效用應該不一樣有人吃過維骨力嗎效果好嗎??...Showmore
